Men - Women eternally conflict

Men and women are completely different. They share life, but they live in two different worlds. One of the most interesting sources that attempt to explain this complex relationship is the bestseller “ Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus“ by Dr. John Gray. Let me show you the most important points of this book we'll have a succinct review of each chapter.

One of the main points the book discusses is THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE OTHER. In order to have a successful relationship you have to accept the other as is. Your attempts to change your partner to become a copy of you, will only lead to a dead end. No one changes completely, you might try to change small actions or trivial habits of your partner but deep inside he will always remain the same. These attempts however, impair the relation as you expect your partner to do things your way. Meanwhile he can't figure out why you can't accept him the way he is.

Communicate: To lead a peaceful life, you have to communicate regularly with your partner. Without communication, small problems tend to convert into insolvable ones. But it's not just about talking to each other; it's about how you communicate. Sometimes a woman may have some issues she wants to talk about with her man. Although, the guy tries to immediately find a solution to what she says, they still both end up disappointed. Because sometimes women just need to talk and confide in someone. She just needed a shoulder to cry on. She doesn't expect him to found a solution for every problem but she needs him to listen just to listen.

Another important point the book mentioned was the huge number of divorces and how this number escalated by time over the last few years. I think it's a matter of expectations. Years ago women only wanted a good provider, and men fulfilled this need so they lived happily. Now women are more independent, they don’t need men for financial support, so they want love, intimacy and romance. They expect to share their dreams and hopes, mainly to share their lives.

Unfortunately, with the years men didn’t catch up to the idea of providing romance and intimacy. A man can be ready to sacrifice his life for his wife but he is not ready to buy her flowers from time to another he is not ready to make up with her in a romantic way she expects. The problem is she's not happy and neither is he, so they get a divorce.Another point of difference between men and women is what they each want of a relationship. Women want love, romance, and an ever lasting relationship. For men this isn't the case. Men may need love, romance, but also they need to catch the control to be the one who lead the relationship. And when the woman refuses to be inferior he accuses her with the everlasting accusation she is Dull. Men just really want to feel successful in fulfilling inferior

Of course I'm not to say that all men are the same sometimes this whole situation is getting upside down but as for this I need your comments whether what I'm saying is the fact or it's just an exaggeration.

Tribute to the friendship

When I look at the calendar of the previous year 2005, I realize that it was a very important year in my life on every aspect, may be the most important one of all. It was full of events good and bad happy and unhappy ones.

Lot and lots of things were going on during the twelve months of 2005.After having a look back on this very busy and stressful year, I am proud to admit that I wouldn’t have done it without my friends.

Really I was to collapse without their help, and the odd thing that they're saying the same about me helping them a lot through their hard situations.

This make me thinking about how important having close friends nearby you I mean am I that important to my friends? How can I keep this on? Then I made up my mind I'll never late for our monthly union and will never skip it again (whether I don't really think that I can do that) I'll never delay phone calls to check on them ( I'm working on it really but it's too and I mean too harsh to call all your friends once a week it means nearly 1 hour everyday ) and I'll be there for anyone want me to listen & sympathy.

I don't want to give advices but after I've been through I have some words to you don't take it as advices take it as an experiences I don't want you guys to examine.

Make effort and keep a certain level of contact with them , over the phone or a monthly gathering or even an email . If you have a friend invest in this lovely relation , spend more time with your friends, help them , listen to them when they need it , Share their joy and sadness, simply share their lives so you can find someone to share yours. Believe me friends can create a colorful world around you; don’t ever accept a black and white world with no friends at all.
finally, I wish my words can change your attitude towards your friends even a little and I'm wishing you a lovely year full of success. And thanks to all my friends who stands by me whenever I fall.

Women are coming

Some people thinks that these days world is becoming a women’s world. Women are getting more rights more independence and freedom and their almost equals to men. I agree that this is a fact. But looking at it that way, getting more rights goes along with having more duties and responsibilities. Now women are working, cooking, cleaning. They study for their kids.

In result of this very busy schedule and a million job, today, women forgets about their self their image , shape , look and even their health. A woman can be very sick and still she goes to work, drive the kids in the morning, cook for lunch and do the dishes.

She does not lie in bed, goes to a doctor or ask her family member for help. Even when she is not sick or tired she does not have enough time for her self. She missed the good old days before getting married when she was free to spend a whole winter day in bed doing nothing but dreaming.
The time she used to spend at the beauty salon chatting with other girls about the latest fashion cuts and colors. Now she doesn't care that much of being old fashion, she buys something practical that allows her to move freely, probably a jeans, color and prints which does not wrinkles and so on.

But the stunning thing is that on the other hand, men who are always complaining about women winning more and more rights. They are actually getting the best out of this world. They have only one job with working hours and days off, raise and allowances if working for extra hours. They have time to meet their friends, read a book or just lay in front of the T.V. watching a black and white movie. While his working wife making him a dinner or a snack.

But what really surprise me, is the male tendency nowadays to groom. Yes believe me there is a big number of men who care about their look more than their wives. Young ones spend hours in front of the mirror applying, gel, mousse and all these styling product to have a cool hair style. Older ones are following all the development in researches and study about gray hair and how to fight it or how to cover it if it is already there.

These days we find that at male hair saloons, men are offered a hand massage , a facial after having their hair cut. Many men have a regular manicure and pedicure. Even when they go to a gym, some of them do not do it for the sake of being athlete but to keep a good shape as if he will be applying for a modeling job next morning. Men care now for moisturizers, perfumes, cream, and even the modern gadgets like cell phone and other devices are part of their grooming. It is like a woman wearing an expensive bag or French hat.

All these could have been a very nice thing if woman end men are equal having this together in week end. Definitely this is not true I bet if your brother or husband catch a cold he will stay 3 days in bed, inform everyone on planet earth how sick he is and that it is very serious and he will expect to be pampered for the next coming week. Meanwhile if the wife catches the same cold her tasks can never be canceled or even delayed.

What I am saying here to all women before asking for more rights and independence, try to win back all the rights that you have lost trying to find equality with men. Enjoy being women, Try to find time for your self do not spend your free time ironing. Remember that while we are looking for trousers, men are buying moisturizer. And men I have a few words to you appreciate your woman's effort, say thanks sometimes, and surprise her sometimes with a reservation in spa or even a perfume.

Think positive
Follow your perception
Change your life
Aren't we all feels sometimes that life became infuriating? We find ourselves frequently stuck in a bad luck circle; hassled by your boss at the workplace at morning, chased by a kid outside the supermarket nagging you to buy a bag of lemons for two pounds in the middle of day, your car is broken & repairing costs is more than it's price, tormented by a merciless mosquito through a long night of sleeplessness. And the list goes on.
Presumably these are irrelevant problems compared to life's real challenges, but they are nonetheless, things we can dispense with. Yet, we just can't really escape from them. So, perhaps it is about time to start seeing them in a different way.
And this is where positive thinking steps in.
Positive thinking is the art of discernment, the science of attitudes; it is the skill of reinterpreting things for the better. It can make u smile when your kids get a bit too excited and start smearing chocolate all over your new sofa. Or even smiling when sees a stain you know well caused by the new puppy, or the taxi driver who smashed your car while not moving and you inside! Right here one can say positive thinkers are a bit loonies.
There's a highly suspicious about those who smirk in the middle of old Cairo traffic jam, which lasts for hours. But Conceivably I can persuade you of otherwise. Positive thinking is based on the assumption, an uncontroversial one I can say that thoughts are quite powerful phenomena. To tell the truth, they can have an undeniable effect on our bodies. The thought of a cheesy, odorous pizza well certainly get your saliva pumping when hungry. Likewise, a pleasant memory can often involuntarily spur a smile, the yearning for someone in the long winter nights may keep you warm.
Some would go further and say that our thoughts create our realities, that this world we see is a reflection of our minds, but I don't believe in the positive thinking philosophy for that extent. It is probably unlikely that if a chubby teenager wished she were a model, repeated" I'm getting slimmed. I'm getting slimmed" is not likely to create much change. So what is positive thinking about, then? In a nutshell, the basic principle is that our thoughts create our everyday feelings.
Feelings are not triggered by outside events. We don't have buttons labeled 'calmness', jealousy', 'rage', 'peace', waiting to be pressed by outside event or people. Rather, feelings are triggered by our perceptions, our interpretations, of these events and people. To clarify, it's not the taxi driver that nearly just hit you is the cause of your rage. The actual cause is your perception that what he did is completely unacceptable. Now, whilst we cannot easily change other people's behaviors, and whilst we cannot escape certain destined circumstances, we can auspiciously, change our perceptions of them. We can reinterpret their meaning for us. Do that and you will change your judges over them. To change your perception, is to change your judgement.
Let me illustrate this through a short story. One-day mammy was supposed to drive me home after a long day of lessons we fixed a date at 6, and till 7:30 she didn't show up, and mobile phones hasn't been born yet that I couldn't ask her the famous question that have been invented by mobiles; where are you exactly now? At six thirty I started clenching on my teeth, six forty grumbling offended, at seven my brain was burning, couldn't she come on time after my long day at school, the weather was really cold, but that moment I found out that I can convert my rage into a positive energy. I started reviewing my whole day, brawled a little kitten has been staring on my face for so long, I stared on his face then he went away! And when finally our little car shows up, I meanly watched mam's face while apologizing, opening car door, picking my bag in the same moment, and I said nothing but "it's alright" That day taught me to be someone, who can accept such a behave like that without yelling and tears. And this is the essence of positive thinking: to change your view of a negative situation and transform it into an opportunity to become a better and more patient person. This, of course, is easier said than done.
And it is all too easy to get lost in the moment and forget all of this. Therefore, the whole thing is depending on your will, and how difficult of the thing you're facing. So could you forgive someone and don't blame him from the moment you see him, give him a break he may apologize or make his point clear, that nobody does a mistake and he knows it's a mistake. REMARK; since that day my mam never come late besides, a little present on my billow next day. Always imagine if the attitude that made u angry was yours, and the other guy yelled on you as you just did, would u accept that? Just a question! Ask yourself before getting angry.
Finally, life is too short a half for studying, and the other half for finding out that what u learnt is not beneficial at all, so don't waste one day in rage, and another to take revenge from someone, otherwise you won't have enough days to live. Just learn from mistakes made by the others. So you don't repeat it or you may become a victim in a negative guy's rage.

Do you Forgive and Forget or hold a grudge?.
Are you someone who reminds your friends or lovers about every little detail in your relationship that may bug you or bugged you at one time?
Sometimes it's best to let go of things from the past in order to hold on to a brighter future.
Here is a quiz to find out how harshly you might be. Maybe it's time to change your manners.

A friend and her boyfriend decide to get married after being together only 6 months. Instead of wishing them good luck, you begin to panic because you've been with your fiancée a year and not ready yet.

When your best friend gets mad at you for something you did, instead of saying sorry you remind her of all the old times she upset you even it was 10 years ago.

You tell your fiancée you need him but he just smiles and don't repeat the gesture; you therefore decide not to talk to him for a week, that'll show him!

You are completely envious when your man busy your little sisters that new outfit and their outing together. Next time you go shopping with your mom you casually remind her about her buying your sisters outfit with a hope that she will get you one too.

When you're out with your friends you'll never buy a round of drinks for anyone buy a record of drinks for anyone who owes you one. You know exactly who owes you. What even if its years ago.

You're in a party with your friends you notice which are of you is the queen of the party. If it's not you then your night is completely ruined.

One of your friends gets lovely present with a bouquet of flowers, you got jealous and it makes you think that your relationship just doesn't go live.

Your best friend has finally landed that job she dreamed about, instead of sharing in her moment you wonder if you'll get you dream job too!!

A friend calls you twice while you are watching your favorite TV show. In relation you decide to call her when you know she'll be watching favorite show.

Your fiancée gives you an amazing necklace for your birthday you can't help but wonder if he spent as much as you did for his gift on his birthday.

Your boss criticizes your week fine. If that's how it will be then why should you even be bothered to make an effort anymore.

If you ticked 8 or more:
It's almost a miracle you still have friends, you need to stop worrying so much about yourself and little things. Come on now light it up and drop lose.

If you have ticked 5-7
You're fair & well rounded individual. You just need to try not to let those little flare upset you, have from time to another to get the best out of you.

If you ticked 4 or less
You need to be able to stick up for yourself more. If something is bothering you then do something about it, right now you are letting people walk all over you, stop being a doormat.

TO DEAL OR NOT TO DEAL; with the office troublemaker.

E
very office has one, a troublemaker. Some companies shrewdly pinpoint the troublemaker and get rid of them, but like weeds, once you pluck one, another will germinate in its place. The troublemaker can make your daily job a living hill, leaving you stressed out, negative and irritable to other people- that is if you let it.
Naturally you will at first try to avoid the office troublemaker, and if you are able to then stick with whatever it is you are doing. But for the majority of us, we will most likely have to correlate with this atrocious person on a regular basis, whether it's in meetings, office gatherings, orientations, etc.
It is important to perpetually remind yourself then that no one has the power to control your emotions that is up to you. Swallow your anxieties, take a deep breath and be prepared. Always speak to the office troublemaker in a controlled, cheerful and reasonable tone. Keep in mind that negativity can be contagious, so don't let this person swallow you into his world. Maintain pure business talk and don't discuss any aspects of your personal life. At times you may have to express yourself, especially if this troublemaker is perpetually saying unpleasant or negative things around you. Let them know, in a non-confrontational way that what they are saying is bothering you. People react better to criticism when it is delivered in a way that expresses how what they are doing is affecting other people.
Sometimes however the office troublemaker may really be getting out of hand. You need to find a way to make yourself better able to deal with the effect this person is having on you.
Try saying something along the lines of, “I really find it's easier to get the job done when I'm positive. I have noticed that a lot of the things you say are really negative. It is too bad you feel this way. However I'm really busy and I don't have time to discuss it right now”
There will be times when you have just had enough of this person. This is when you may really have to put your foot down and confront the troublemaker. The good thing is that this person is probably well known by all your other colleagues as trouble. This is the person who constantly acknowledge extra work he does, complains about doing everyone else's job, and criticizes those around them at every given opportunity, to name just a few of their evil tendencies.. The list goes on. No one takes any pleasure in working with this person so the chances are that any steps you take will be backed up and supported whole-heartedly by your colleagues. So go ahead; take a stand, if you're absolutely sure you have to. The next time this guy starts complaining about doing all your work, call their bluff. Go and help someone else on a project and let the troublemaker really see what it is you do first hand.
People operate on so many different levels; we all have our own style and way of getting things done so that it is impossible for everyone to always get along. You may think of yourself as the most agreeable person around, but guaranteed there will be someone who disagrees. So always remember that although you think someone may be the office troublemaker, don't strongly react to this idea until you really know what is going on and how your other colleagues feel as well.
If this person is not directly affecting your daily working life to an intolerable level or your career path then why should you try to create waves? Focus your energy on what is most important, and keep your nose to the grindstone because you never know you could become ranked as the next office troublemaker.

Ernesto Guevara.. Legend assassination
(14 June 1928- 9 October 1967)
I wish you had the adequate maturity, and the conscious sensitivity to any injustice perpetrated against the humanity in any place around the world. As these are in my opinion the best quality located in revolutionary
That was the last words of the well-known rebel Ernesto Givara in farewell his family before directing to Bolivia in his suicidal task. As if fate declined to abandon him, and let him see the dream of Cuban revolution fading. It chose him the conclusion that insphered him with a halo of romantic, and wrote the first lines in his legend.
Givara was born in the Argentinean metropolis Bionics Ayres on 14 June 1928 to an opulence family; he learnt facing death and resisting it in premature age in the picture of intensive asthma indisposition was attacking him once in a while, it compelled his family to depart to more arid region.
With the downfallen of monetary status of the family, it ends to them living in one of the indigent quarters where the misery and destitution Givara Sensed during his residence in this quarter was the seed, which based on his sensitivity to rebellion over the status & regime which caused all this injustice.
On March 1947 the family went back to Bionics Ayres as Givara joined college of medicine. By that time his personality features started to be cleared, as he became an enchanted young man with frivolous appearance & warm deep voice dominated by sarcastic tone & character with diminution inside between timidity & courage.
He decided on December 1951 to temporary abandon studying medicine & destined to a reconnaissance voyage to Latin American nations. The voyage engrossed 8 months it deepen his feeling of despotism & compulsion which these countries the American reign subaltern suffering from.
From here the hostility between him & the American imperialism as he used to name he & his struggle Fellow Castro started. And after he finalized his study on 1953 he continued departure on July and he chose Guatemala to settle in. there he sustained its young president who was trying to make some restorations however the CIA interposition corrupted his restorations & the popular revolution against the intervention resulted in the death of nine thousand person.
And since then Givara learnt the most important lesson in his life, which were the armed nations only can change its fate & he decided to have the armed resistance as a procedure for a better life.
Mexico was his next station; he went there in a company with struggler from Bero named Helda Jadieya whom he met in his stay in Guatemala & married to on August 1955 and begets his first baby girl. It was the most important curve in his life when he met the young Cuban rebel Fedeil Castro there, we can say that what happened between them was a harmony from the first sight between two men whom reached the top political ripeness, they didn't take so long to get adapted on one ideology which was “ stop the snivel and start the armed resistance “
The dream of Cuban revolution started, and the first failure attack occurs from 80 man remained only 10 including Castro, Raoul his brother and Givara. The beaten Evacuated to the country regions where they presently could acquire massive base of supporters, till that time Givara wasn't a fairy-tale yet, but he was just a legend under genesis during this he gained the surname ‘Chi' which is an Argentine surname means arm-fellow.
The dream of revolution has actualized, Castro & Givara entered the metropolis Havana on January 1959 triumphed, after overthrowing ditator Batiste's dominance and this is the period when he married his second wife Elida and beget 4 children. Then the revolution tripartite started to rebuild the country, Castro was the leader & the maestro, Rauol was the fortis domination of the rebellion to maintain the discipline and Givara the rebellion brainy and it's intellectual and the prime responsible for the socialistic rebellion steerage. Givara invested as the manufacture minister, then the manager of the national bank. And he inaugurated the direction of economical battle with the same truculence & resolution of the armed battles he waded into.
He put in his mind confronting the interposition of United States, he started aiming buffets after buffets to them, the decision of nationalizing the cane & tobacco fields came, decision met by reducing sugar imports in united states, then he decided to nationalize all nation's objects that states emphasized the economic siege & the island directed to incline to Moscow's hug gradually.
Givara was the rebellion's ambassador; he met most of world leaders in order to gain their backing, among them the Sovietan leader Necketa Krotshof whom he obtained from an arcane pledge to preserve the island if it exposed an external invasion, in 1965 he met the Algerian leader Ben Bela, and the Egyptian leader Gamal Abd Elnaser. And all the leaders & thinkers seek for meeting him during their visit to Cuba to meet him closely. John Baul Sartre & Simon De Bovoir who considered to be the most famous thinkers of their period considered him as the living incorporation of their perfect world which never existed outside their philosophical thoughts.
But Castro's extreme deviation to Bolshevik Soviet made him offensive to socialist nations. And this where the termination began, his dispute with Castro that made him moves to Congo after so to establish resistance army, but his task had failed an extreme failure, he reverted to Cuba for a short while then he decided to move to Bolivia in 1966 embodying his Cuban revolution dream there but unluckily Bolivia was the less prepared to rebellion among Latin America's nations by that time, and the Bolivian troops with the CIA sustain could arrest Givara after 11 months he spent in hell. The last words he uttered to the officer charged his execution on 9 October 1967 “ why you tremble like that, simply you'll kill just a man” but he was wrong, he didn't kill a man he created a legend, after one year his picture captured student's demonstrations which pervaded all over the world by that time, and Givara's legend started as he turned into a model symbol in our materialistic world, poor helper and a leader for all revolutionaries.

Rasputin's murder declaration
31 December 1916

A 40 years peasant, tall, wide shoulders, his features reflects unlimited incivility & savagery.. Sunken eyes which from irradiate penetrating look, lean lips and long omitted beard wearing roughen wool shirt and ragged trousers with thick leatherette belt.. That man who broke in countess Iniatife's parlor was the miracle's maker “ new testament's saint” Raspoteen… the attendants couldn't command themselves overtaking as how could they imagine a saint or miracle's maker looks like that? His form is nearer to demons than saints or monks… many questions, doubts and suspicion presently dissipated encountering this man's glimpses which loots minds & capture hearts, it took only few moments to make them followers influenced by his stentorian voice once & susurrant once sans really knowing what's going on.
However this tattered aspect and these rough clothes presently mutated extremely, in lieu of roughen wool Raspoteen starts wearing the most expensive & most superior even it have been said that Caesar's missus and aristocratic women were compete on sewing his clothes and washing it craving what will revert on them like delights & invocations to approximate them to god. And that might be only a simple instance on what befall the Russian society at that time, hypomania and insanity encountering that man's personality.

But what was that man or that demon's starting point? How could he reach the most elevated social & spiritual standards? And his relation with Caesar Neqola & his wife consolidate to the extent he has upper hand to designate this Minister or dismiss that one? The writer Philop Mellar says in the part of Raspoteen's personality in ‘history circle' collection; Aviem Inriovetchi

Raspoteen was born in Bokrofskoya west Siberia to ordinary family.. His father was coachy that he grew between two contradicted worlds: the stable world with its secrets and the scripture with its beautiful images & black letters, which speaks osseous divine tongue, until he was 33 Raspoteen didn't essay any extraordinary hazard except his adversity with ticklish disease and that vision he saw while he was sitting in some field and despite he was married and has children he was spending most of his time in pubs and women chasing. His life could persist that way for so long but he met a monk familiarize that he is related to an irregular sect known as” Celesty “ its credence founded on a bizarre notion which is the only way to emancipation exist in soul sterilize by perpetrating sins & it's the procedure that appealed to Raspoteen & he believed in instantly & abandoned his work, his wife and all the delights he accustomed all through his life and he joined this sect monastery where he learnt all pertained to it, its rites and convictions.

After years he spent roving all around Russia, he was wherever he settles in the women & girls coiled around and plunged in peccadilloes with him in a hope to reach deliverance.
He went back to his hometown on December 1903 with his fame as a saint capable of healing the sick and liberating tormenting souls antecedes him.

About the way he met Caesar & their relationship consolidated to that extent … that meeting was whole arrangements of fate specially that this man's arrival at the royal palace will be subsequently one of the foremost reasons of Russians citizens overthrowing Caesar, revolt on him then lynched him & his family.. The fact is that Raspoteen was like straw thrown to a drowning man as his only son & the crown prince Alexi sickened since his birth with hemophilia, in one of the fits which attack him once in a while and as long as doctors are flopped curing him, Raspoteen gets into the little prince's room and recites some prayers then Alexi Awaken from his narcolepsy & cured of his pains. He sat on his bed talking to that stranger amiably as he knows him for years. Notable that Raspoteen's entering Caesar's life considering the heavenly miracle that rescued his only child from his unavoidable fate. Since then Raspoteen became one of the closest friends to Caesar whom consult in everything concerning him or the country.

Despite all what have been said about that man's reputation & despite all the rumors and warnings attained to Caesar about his disgraceful behavior, lucid intoxication, his shameful affairs with women and sway exploitation in intervention to some people for gifts & cash, Caesar with his wife squeezing overlooking all this confirming that he is a saint and a miracles maker. And those rumors are antagonistic imaginations that execrate him for his relations with him & the royal family, and the empress was intensely belief that Raspoteen is the god dispatcher to fulfill the gap between Caesar & his people. And her child won't survive away from the care of this saint.

The extremely strange thing was that Raspoteen was actually and with the testimony of the witnesses able to stop any hemorrhage the little prince suffers from, and till now nobody could aware of the secret of that. The oddest was the scene of his assassination that arranged by a number of country's considerable men & prince Yossobof after his sway in the shadow of Caesar's absence in war reached to overseeing country's setting authorized by the empress.

On 16 of December 1916 he was invited to a dinner party & poison slipped into the wine and food, no fatigue or sickness appeared on him, therefore prince Yossobof showered him with bullets, instead of knocking down, he swooped on him like a monster trying to crash his neck. He shot him another time it exterminated him. And he prostrated for the last time, his cadaver transported to the river & thrown in, it found out after a couple of days and he concealed on 21 December & his death didn't declared officially until 31 December 1916 and curtain fallen on an extraordinary phenomenon nobody could unveil its obscurity or the secret of its power till now.

A man of glory,, he was a gift for Egypt
Mohamed Anwar Al-Sadat
(December 1918 – October 1981)

Sadat was born in Mit Abu Al-Kum, Al-Minufiyah, Egypt, to a poor Egyptian-Sudanese family, one of 13 brothers and sisters. Graduated from the Royal Military Academy in Cairo in 1938 . He joined the Free Officers Movement, committed to freeing Egypt from British control.During World War II he was imprisoned by the British for his efforts to obtain help from the Axis Powers in expelling occupying British forces. He participated in the 1952 coup which dethroned King Farouk I. When the revolution erupted, he was assigned to take over the Radio and TV networks and announce the outbreak of the revolution to the Egyptian people. In 1969, after holding many positions in the Egyptian government, he was chosen to be Vice-President by President Gamal Abdal Nasser.

When Nasser died , Sadat became President, clearing out his opponents in what the state-owned media termed The Corrective Revolution.
Presidency;

In 1973, Sadat, together with Syria, led Egypt into the Yom Kippur War with Israel, and succeeded in regaining parts of the Sinai Peninsula, which had been conquered by Israel during the Six-Day War. While the territorial gains of Egypt in this war were limited, approximately 15 km into the Sinai desert, Sadat's initial victories eventually led to regaining and reopening the Suez canal, and both restored Egyptian morale and shook Israeli confidence in their military supremacy, laying the ground for a peace settlement several years later. For many years after, Sadat was known as the "hero of the Crossing".

On 19 November, 1977 Sadat became the first Arab leader to officially visit Israel when he met with Israeli prime minister Menachem Begin, and spoke before the Knesset in Jerusalem. He made the visit after receiving an invitation from Begin and sought a permanent peace settlement (much of the Arab world was outraged by the visit). In 1979, this resulted in the Camp David Peace Agreement, However, the action was extremely unpopular in the Arab and Muslim World. In 1979, the Arab League suspended Egypt's membership in the wake of Egypt's peace agreement with Israel !! but by i think they knew he was right

As part of the peace deal, Israel withdrew from the Sinai peninsula in phases, returning the entire area to Egypt by 1983.
AssassinationIn September of 1981, Sadat cracked down on Muslim organizations and Coptic organizations, including student groups; the arrests totalled nearly 1600, receiving worldwide condemnation for the extremity of his techniques. Meanwhile, internal support for Sadat disappeared under the pressure of an economic crisis and Sadat's suppression of dissidents.

On October 6, the month after the crackdown, Sadat was assassinated during a parade in Cairo by army members who were part of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad organization. They opposed Sadat's negotiations with Israel, as well as his use of force in the September crackdown. A fatwa approving the assassination had been obtained from Omar Abdel-Rahman, a cleric later convicted in the U.S. for his role in the February 26, 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Though Sadat was protected by four layers of security, the army parade was considered safe due to ammunition-seizure rules; but the officers in charge of that procedure were on hajj to Mecca.
As air force Mirage jets flew overhead, distracting the crowd, a troop truck halted before the Presidential reviewing stand, and a lieutenant strode forward. Sadat stood to receive his salute, whereupon the assassins rose from the truck, throwing grenades and firing assault rifle rounds. The assassin Khalid Islambouli shouted "Death to the Pharaoh!" as he ran toward the stand and then fired into Sadat's crumpled and lifeless body. He was later found guilty of the crimes and executed in April of 1982. As the crowd of dignitaries scattered, many were wounded, including Foreign Minister (future U.N Secretary General) Boutros Boutros Ghali and visiting diplomats including James Tully, the Irish Minister for Defence, and four US military liaisons. In the ensuing firefight, seven people were killed, including the Cuban ambassador and a Greek Orthodox priest, and 28 were wounded. Sadat's bullet-riddled body was rushed to a hospital, but he was declared dead within hours, and succeeded by his Vice-President Hosni Mubarak, who was injured in his hand during the attack. Sadat's funeral was attended by a record number of dignataries from around the world, including a rare simultaneous attendance by then U.S. President Ronald Reagan and former presidents Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, and Richard Nixon. In 1983, Sadat, a miniseries, aired on U.S. television with Academy Award-winning actor Louis Gossett, Jr., in the title role. Egypt's Arab government, often criticized by blacks as Afrophobic, objected to the casting of a black man in the role and banned the critically acclaimed production. The network stood by its casting decision President
Finally this man was a one and only gift we'll never be gifted with another Anwar El-Sadat.

Get on with your partner !
The main enigma between men and women was and will always be that the man works to gain, while the woman seeks for appreciation. He is looking for being the best while she is looking for being the most beloved. Woman can be so independent and so successful but still in need for her man. Man can be so reticent but still in need for minutes of disclosure.

Conducting differences and conflicts is one of the most difficult challenges we face with our partners. Discussions can quickly turn into arguments and in a second into combats. The two of them all of a sudden have one thing on their mind, Hurt each other! How? Many many tools like complaints, Blame, accusations, demands and doubts. All of these concrete words hurts the others heart, and leave a scar! There is no shame in agreeing to disagree!!! There doesn't have to be a winner and loser every time they have a discussion.

Men, I have an advice: every female is motivated and empowered when she feels dandled! Spoil her from time to time by:
-Surprising her with flowers;
-Calling, when you are going to be late.
-Paying more attention to her than others in public.
- Think about her feelings before expressing your admiration with other woman.
- Never forget the day you meet her or her eyes colour.

As for you girls, your man is motivated and empowered when he feels needed!
-Apologize when you are wrong.
-Ask for support but don't be demanded.
-Do not rectify him in every move he takes.
-Appreciate him.
-Do not give directions and unsolicited advice
One of the biggest differences between men and women is how they cope with stress: To feel better, Men retreat to their caves to solve problems alone. To feel better, women get together and openly talk about their problems.

So, EVE, when your man retreats to his cave, don't make him feel guilty. Support him during his time & don't disapprove of his need to withdraw. Don't try to help him solve his problem by offering solutions just listen if he wants you to listen or just leave him alone.

ADAM let her discharge her load before discuss it. She may cry or shout asking you to leave her alone but believe me she will be happy to know you are there for her.

Finally I have few words to be said trust, acceptance, appreciation, admiration, and encouragement, that is all we need to feel loved and to fall and stay in love!

Book Review
Nawal El-Saadawi, Memoirs of a Woman Doctor
Nawal el-Saadawi wrote "Memoirs of a Woman Doctor" 30 years ago, when she had just graduated from the School of Medicine in Cairo. Considered a revolutionary feminist novel from the time of its 1957 debut as a serial in the Egyptian magazine Rose al-Yousif, it was heavily monitored, as were eventual publications in book form. Since then, the novel has been reprinted several times in both Cairo and Beirut, but was never to be published in its entirety, because she had lost the original manuscript.

Written in the first person, "Memoirs" is a novel, and the author has repeatedly insisted it is not autobiographical, although the heroine is a young Egyptian woman studying and then practicing medicine. El-Saadawi herself studied psychiatry in Cairo. The storyteller 's life, like Saadawi's, is a series of battles, and she is from the beginning a rebel who challenges the limitations on the value of women in the family, society and the world.

Since the publication of "Memoirs of a Woman Doctor", Saadawi has gone on to write 32 books, mostly dealing with Arab women, imperialism and globalization. Her books, including novels and studies of women in the Arab world, have been translated into more than 30 languages. Her views on women led to her being dismissed from the Ministry of Health, and even to being imprisoned under Sadat in 1981, which inspired her 1984 work "Memoirs from the Women's Prison."
In 1992, she fled Egypt for five years after her name appeared on a death list issued by an Islamic fundamentalist group.
She has now completed writing her autobiography. And in it written: "I still consider 'Memoirs' like a first daughter, full of youthful flame and expressing a reality which is still relevant today. It is a simple, spontaneous novel in which there is a lot of anger against the oppression of women in my country, but also a great deal of hope for change, for wider horizons and a better future."
The nameless heroine of "Memoirs" deals with the issues that implode on her young mind. The body and its functions becomes the spine of the heroine's evolution from a young girl who is denied the privileges and freedoms her brother has, to a woman medical student, the only girl in a class of men.
The physical body becomes symbolic of societal gender roles. The young heroine is hates her own physical signs of arising femininity because they seem to doom her to a secondary role, while those born male will be elevated, because of their bodily form.
In the anatomy room, the young heroine notes the huge contrast between man's elevated status when he is alive and his equality with that of a woman corpse, now on this table she can't find the difference she just found the proof that it is society alone that elevates the man. Ultimately, she will encounter many of society's tragedies through her medical work, yet she always looks beyond the physical, for she finds much of the sickness is not in the human body, but in society.
As she experiences death and birth in her patients, she battles with issues of existence. "The focus of the struggle inside me widened out from masculinity and femininity to embrace human-kind as a whole," the storyteller notes, as she tracks a failed marriage and a eventual rise to medical success that still leaves her feeling empty. It was not until years after she completed medical school, during a retreat in the countryside, to a country villa, that she finally lets herself feel, which Saadawi describes in moving prose, presenting the journey from imprisonment to freedom. The story of all the girls whom worked so hard to gain appreciation but found out that there is no roles in this apartheid world
hmm after all that you had read if you read it all!! what do you think i wanna know your openion your comments, deal...?
